FEES

Effective from 14th August 2023
Hours of Learning: Monday to Friday – 7.45am to 5.15pm


Hourly Rate: $9.90 per hour (maximum of $368 per week)

Enrolment Fee: $20.00 per child/$30.00 per family

Enrolment Fee

An enrolment fee of $20 per child/$30 per family is payable upon enrolment. This is non-refundable. Weekly Fee for children under 3 years old is capped at $335 per week. Weekly Fee for children over 3 years old is capped at $368 per week.

Minimum Booked Hours

A minimum of 3 days per week, and 6 hours per day is required.

Statutory Holidays

Statutory Holidays are charged in full when it falls on your normal enrolled day.

Annual Holiday Allocation

Each child is entitled to 4 weeks annal leave (pro-rata) at 50% fees per calendar year. This renew on 1 January each year, and any allocation not used is not carried over to the next calendar year.Please email manager@thefarmyard.school.nzwhen you wish this discount to be applied to your account. This entitlement excludes fees already discounted or if fees are paid by WINZ.

20 Hours ECE

20 ECE hours are available to children aged 3, 4 and 5 years. Weekly fee is capped at $368 per week.

Meal Charge

Please note there will be a meal charge of $5.00 per day for children receiving the 20ECE hours. This fee is an optional charge and voluntary and there is no penalty for non-payment

Payment Terms

Fees must be paid by online banking. Invoices are emailed at 4.00pm every Tuesday. If you are unable to keep your account current please contact the Centre Manger.

Sibling Discount

If more than one child of the same family living at the same residence attends our centre, 10% discount will be given to the lowest fee paying child.

Discounts are allowed at the discretion of the centre and may be withdrawn at any time. Discounts will be withdrawn for accounts not paid in accordance with the centre policy. Enrolment at the facility confirms your acceptance of the terms and conditions of enrolment.
